As manager of the Knowledge Management
department I have worked closely with Dale over the past
several months. I recognize that Dale is passionate about his
job and about life in general, and therefore always enjoy
working with him.
His technical abilities were evident in his
role as Manager of Web services. His people skills allowed him
to lead a diverse group of developers working on cutting edge
technology. It is this rare combination of technical and
people skills that make Dale such a valuable employee and team
member.
NaviPath is seeking ISO certification, which
requires a great deal of paperwork and attention to detail.
Many employees treat this as an annoyance, but Dale above all
other developers I worked with made an outstanding effort to
complete his Project Notebooks with all required documents.
This is unglamorous work, but Dale dotted all the “i’s” and
crossed all the “t’s”. This willingness to go the extra mile
is what separates outstanding employees from the rest of the
crowd, and Dale is truly an outstanding employee and
individual.
